Hf Fenix Lisboa Hotel

Cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location: The hotel was in the best area of this city, right in the centre and very close to the downtown area. Transportation: Easy to get to via metro and there were bus stations nearby. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Staff: The staff was polite, helpful, and fluent in different languages.

The location of Hf Fenix Lisboa was perfect for exploring the city. Right across the road from an underground station and with excellent bus links, getting around was easy. Plus, there was a beautiful park just a two-minute walk away. We loved being able to walk to popular areas like Restauradores, Chiado, and Rossio. There was also a shop conveniently located just a three-minute walk away, and we even ventured to the Amoreiras shopping area, only a 15-minute walk. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

The bathroom in our room was substandard, with a leaky faucet, a tub drain backup, and the shower spilling outside of the tub area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around the city. It is also situated right on the Marques de Pombal square, offering a picturesque view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection is excellent and the food is of high quality, satisfying guests' appetites.

The hotel reception staff could improve their customer service skills, as some guests felt neglected upon arrival and departure.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions.

The lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. In this day and age, it is essential to have reliable internet access, especially for tourists visiting a foreign city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is perfectly located, right on the bustling Marques de Pombal rotunda. The staff were efficient and friendly, especially Juan and Andrei. The breakfast selection was superb, and the restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and good facilities.

Felt relaxed, nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located right outside a metro station, making it easy to explore the area. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night. The breakfast buffet was diverse, delicious, and plentiful. We also appreciated the room amenities, including the in-room safe, soundproofed rooms, and terrace.

We recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was that some staff members were unhelpful in replenishing the breakfast choices and did not come across as professional.
